Very few people have guts to keep it in Moderation, most of them slowly become addicted at some point their life. My story is exactly the same, I thought I would leave Porn whenever I am ready but it actually changes the chemistry of our brain and makes us its slave.
Here comes Nofap, Its never too late.
Like other I started taking challenges of my own to stay away from porn and today I completed 100 days without PMO hardmode with only one relapse on my very 1st attempt. During Nofap people start realizing and feel guilty the reason is the change NO PMO brings to our brain makes us realize that this life whether going through hell from withdrawal is much better than when we use to fap. My Journal

Hello, yesterday was day 4 and I am killing this! I am trying to go straight edge.... and one of the things that appeals to me is the clear mind aspect. I didn't drink coffee when I got to work yesterday and felt super tired....but somehow felt good about my choice. I had no drinks last night and went to AA for the first time in 20 years to support a friend and also to see if I can stop, even though I'm not sure I'm an alcoholic...I just don't want to drink. I slept all night for the first time in forever!!! It was amazing! Then when I woke up this morning I didn't have coffee. I just drank water. I'm feeling really good about my choices lately.

I think this new world will be amazing for me. And I was thinking on the way to work this morning, I used to pride myself in being a brilliant creative person with a beautiful imagination and I didn't need alcohol to do it. Now I am going to be PMO and alcohol free.... I'm going to be the best me I could ever be and that is so inspiring.

I'm thankful for the support on this site!

At that point of life I was not so much mature about this Porn Addiction and Masturbation effects I am going to face in my future which were Anxiety, Lack of focus on anything but watching hot butts and tits, etc., Depression, Social Anxiety, Slow Mental growth and many other health issues, at some point earlier I thought I am ruining myself but someone told me that Masturbation is healthy and we have got hands to Masturbate but I started realizing that I was actually loosing my Body's vital energy.
Those people who say masturbation is healthy, there r the most stupid creature this world. Its not healthy at all and those who never masturbated are now at greater point of their life.
Masturbation is like a drug which when started in Moderation leads to addiction and person slowly becomes slave to its urges and temptation. Very few people have guts to keep it in Moderation, most of them slowly become addicted at some point their life. My story is exactly the same, I thought I would leave Porn whenever I am ready but it actually changes the chemistry of our brain and makes us its slave.
Here comes Nofap, Its never too late.
Like other I started taking challenges of my own to stay away from porn and today I completed 100 days without PMO hardmode with only one relapse on my very 1st attempt. During Nofap people start realizing and feel guilty the reason is the change NO PMO brings to our brain makes us realize that this life whether going through hell from withdrawal is much better than when we use to fap. Although I still feel depressed little bit but not feeling guilty at all which I used to feel when I watched and ejaculated in front of a screen.
Let me tell you all, Hell is the only way which one day lead you to Heaven as well, I feel uncompleted without Porn, and it seems something is missing from my life but still happy that I am now clean and now I have started creating a strong bond with God who is helping me constantly through these creepy moments.
It was hell of a withdrawal with ever faced Anxiety and Horrible Panic Attacks and I thought I might die but as you progress slowly you will see as if your life has changed and you will feel different than before.
Believe me buddies those who r going through struggle, Let me tell you there is a better life waiting for you and better everything.
Just keep praying God each Day and say sorry and ask for strength to move on with your life with this PMO shit.
My perception towards girls/womens have changed.

Two peoples r the stupid people I have ever seen in my life.
One who says masturbation is healthy.
Second who says God doesn't exists.
It was God who showed me the way, everyday I asked him to give me strength and power to overcome these temptations. Without the help of God no one can ever recover from this filth or any other addiction.
After all we al r their children that why he showed the way through nofap.
