    Hey, anxiety! It's been a long time...
    F*** Off

    Guys, what is the best way to deal with depression/anxiety while on nofap?
    is there anything I can do that doesn't involve "talking to a friend" and etc? I'd rather at this point to be alone with myself.
    I'm on pills right now btw, hopefully, it will help

  7. I don't really know, but can only think of: Getting things done. Do stuff.

    Make up your bed. Brush your teeth. Exercise 30 minutes. Start reading a book. No, that's to vague. Read 10 pages each day. Decrease if it that is too much. Increase if it's too little. Go for a 15 minute walk with classical music during lunchtime. Do the dishes right after eating/dining. Set an alarm to wake up at the same time each day. Get out of bed when the alarm goes. Stick with it.

    I’m experimenting with changing my habbits (tech, food etc.) and I’ll post the results the coming days. I’ve to go to sleep right now so I don’t have much time ATM.
    Nice. Almost 1 week. Keep it up.

  10. Another relapse. This time I am not jumping right into the 14 day challenge. Although that's my current goal, I am changing my strategy up. This last four day one was a half-assed challenge ( extreme fantasizing and searching up basically p subs). I'm breaking this one into tiny challenges to eventually reach my goal of 14.
