Guys please help i dont know what is happening to me.
When i relapsed i felt really emotionally down and very weak like my legs were getting weird feelings and I have fever almost a week.I went to a doctor and i went on a blood test ,doctor said that was fine nothing unusual. When i started NoFap and trying to distancing from PMO i was getting weird headaches like when I dont do PMO 10 days i have sometimes strong headaches but when i relaps i feel that my head is kind of heavy. Please guys i really need help about this . I am fighting with this PMO 5 months and my max days was 12. I am really going through hell with this... Sometimes I have suicidal thoughts.Every day i fight with this HOCD thing its driving me crazy.. also I have really bad anxiety. I am losing my social life.I lost feeling to communicate with people.

  2. It could be your 'body memory' of experiencing so much sexual stimulus from PMO through the years that it is rebelling. Of course, it's the same reaction psychologically, too. As for PMO, you might try the step by step 'moderation to elimination' method. That way, you can still function adequately socially and get by with your job while slowly closing the door on PMO. Your mental and physical framework can then adjust accordingly without the adverse symptoms you described.

Yeah i heard that sometimes relapse is a good thing. I mean its very hard for a brain to go on a 90 days off PMO when you did PMO every day 5 years...

  4. I feel weak and sick sometimes when I do the deed.

It has gotten so rough for me, not just temptation but really bad withdrawals, that I have had to get down to surviving the hour, then the next until the day is gone. Then to the next. How do you eat a whole cow?

    One bite at a time.

My motto for this reboot is "One hour at a time, One day at a time"

  6. During the rebooting stage, it's a rough ride. My enthusiasm is way down and I have to kick myself to get anything done but I understand the brain is rewiring itself, so to speak. Within three months, hopefully, I can feel as high without PMO as when I was. That will be my Liberation Day!

I've already gotten into this, and i think it's like a withdrawal.
