***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

*I am grateful to be learning to be the kind of daughter that I want to be.

*I am grateful for the tremendous blessing of being a part of a recent conference.

*I am grateful to have loaded my belly and shopping cart with good good food. Oh dear hummus and lentils how I’ve missed you so!

 

I am grateful for spending 2 days with my son and daughter
I am grateful for my blessings, there are so many really
I am grateful for the sunny weather here, it makes people so much more happy

 

I am grateful to my parents for everything.
I am grateful to all my well wishers for helping me in many ways

 

I am grateful for the changing of the weather, it helps keep life interesting.

 

I am grateful for a productive day at work and getting more comfortable in my work environment.

I am grateful for starting to get my footing in my new city.

I am grateful for happiness and what it feels like.

 

I am grateful for the dissapointment I feel when I do not acheive my target grade.
I am grateful for the feeling of euphoria when I achieve my target grades.
I am grateful for not smoking as many ciggaretes in the last 2 days.
I am grateful for the understanding that life is a balance.

 

1. I am thankful that I received a decent-sized scholarship.
2. I am thankful that my favourite team won last night.
3. I am thankful that the path to my dream career is now obstacle-free and it remains only for me to get to work.

 

I am grateful for sleeping in even though I missed a workout
I am grateful for this cup of coffee that I drinking
I am grateful for music

 

I am grateful for every breath i take
I am grateful for my family
I am grateful for my beliefs and values

 

*Glad that this program distracted my mind from getting me to go down the addict bunny trail
*Glad that I packed the essentials for time away from home
*Glad for a time when the bird was sweet to me, looking at me and either quiet or making happy noises

 

Day 12 or 13, depend on how you count, and I'm grateful for:

1. The look of snow on green grass (don't ask! ha!)
2. finding this site and the guys who offer encouragement and help
3. Buddhist teachings on life and living

 

I'm thankful for waking up this morning
I'm thankful to be here to see another beautiful day
I'm thankful for being who I am and where I am
I'm thankful for my family and other people I care about
I'm thankful for being able to be thankful

 

I am grateful for following things:

1. For having an awesome day today.
2. For conquering another day!
3. For fighting and resisting every urge I get. It makes us stronger!
4. For this awesome forum
5. For studying today.
6. For feeling quite good and well-prepared!
7. For the coming final exam in English which is going to take place this Friday.
8. For the awesome support which I am getting here!

 

grateful today i did 90 days no pmo but most grateful because in this time frame i improved my life in many little things

I'm grateful for having this wonderful eyes to see the beauty around me
