I became a coward every time and lose confidence in myself, becomes socially awkward, and just generally avoids to be "myself". I know my friends hate me about doing it, and I know that THEY DESERVE BETTER!

 

Good work brother. I've been starting NoFap for about 3 years now, and I finally realized how hard it is to do NOFAP without constantly reinforcing yourself with the REASON you are doing it. This post is AWESOME because it reminds you everyday why you're doing NOFAP. Our temptation is a powerful thing that interferes with our thinking, and every time we gave into it is because our temptation MAKES us to forget why WE ARE HERE. There are tons of benefits to NOFAP, but all those benefits come LONG TERM which means you have to do it COSISTENTLY. And if we REMIND OURSELVES why we're here, we will be more clear-headed and ultimately have a higher chance of winning over our addiction/ temptations. Keeping it up!
