day 6 complete... gonna complete day 7 in another 5 hours. hell yeah. yesterday had urges but overcame it.

I'm out. Just PMO'd at the beginning of day 6. I'm sorry. I feel like I've let everyone here down.

 

Dont give up, it's not the end and you just have to be more persistance

 

I haven't. I begin again starting tomorrow.

 

Relapse -- MO got the better of me yesterday afternoon however still no P or P-Sub which is a good thing. I reset my counter as I need to break the M habit as well.

You're right, of course. My problem is that I'm in the middle of my university exams and I don't have much time to de-stress. I have to devote all my time to studying at the moment and it's making it difficult for me.
