My first Post

Hi everybody, this is my first post!
First of all, I want to say that I don't speak English, but I'm learning. So, sorry for future mistakes.
My name is Manuel, I'm 21 years old and I'm a student at University. I have an addiction to masturbation and pornography since 2014. I have had some problems during sex like dysfunction, but is not ever, just sometimes.
The reason why I'm here is because I want to start a new life, I think that there is a life beyond porn, I think I can be better in all activities and I want to leave this addiction.
I hope to read wonderful and positives stories about you and I hope to write my successful story too.
Today I'm going to start my first goal, (maybe you think that is little bit) it's one week with no masturbation and NoFap!
