I feel like this is going to be too hard and the thoughts/urges will consume me. I am so dependent on sexual release that when i know i won't have it for a long time I feel a tantrum in my head, a deep sinking loss feeling in my heart, and denial that this is the right thing to do. I believe that my sexual needs are so necessary that it is a certainty that my quality of life will suffer for as long as I refrain from fulfilling those urges.

Ah man, I've been there before! It feels like your head is going to explode. The thing I keep remembering is that there will be a ton of benefits when you quit, and those outweigh the temporary satisfaction of watching porn. You should seriously try meditation. It helps to settle your mind, so when those cravings start they're easily brushed aside. Good luck man! You have an entire community here to help!
