Good evening brothers, I made the 7th day this evening and left the 7th day challenge...just joined the 14th day to keep the momentum...thanks for all the support. We can do it.
5/14. Feeling great. Weekends are great bc I get to spend time with my gf and really connect not only intimately, but mind and love, too. If you're single and battling PMO or sexual addictions, take time and make time for your friends, family, gym and nature. You need to reframe what's meaningful in life and what's sustainable towards making you a better man. Stay busy and productive. That's the goal. That's the move. Every moment counts, guys. Make due with the time on this earth that you're given. We can expire tomorrow.
day 4 I’m paraphrasing but in the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna said something along the lines of “for those who have no control over their minds, their mind is the worst enemy. But for those who can exercise that control, then the mind becomes your best friend.” My mind is definitely not my best friend yet, but I will not let it be my worst enemy.
Day 3. Had a really good night, woke up feeling good. Yeah I'm feeling good. Made it for one more day.
Day 7/14 I completed 14 days today if I count my 7 days challenge and here comes my first compliment from my friend "Have you been working out". So this is working. Lets see what happens when I complete a whole month.
Hi all, I tried the 90 day challenge and I went up to two weeks. I'm going to match it here, and then move up gradually. I ended up giving up for three weeks but I want to try again. This is really difficult, and yet I know how important it is. I think I'm going to take up drinking instead
