[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Just completed the 7 day challenge and am here day 0 of the 14 day challenge lets do this.

 

2/14 down. Today is third day and it has had its moments but still pushing ahead

 

Day 0 off this challenge, 7 days total. Started with the 3 day challenge then went to the 7 days now on to this one.

Day 13/14.

 

Day 0. Relapsed last night. Today was really unproductive. Was motivated in the morning, but was offered some game to play and got hooked the entire day. Right now I'm motivated to go on, just feeling a bit tired all day. Tomorrow shall be better.

 

9/14

 

I made 9 days today...this is the furthest I have ever gone..celebrating while guarded but enjoying the lightness of it all. Five more days to go my brothers!

 

6/14 was intimate with my gf today. He stroked me and felt like the old love making we had; no rush, no pressure. Felt good and genuinely turned on.

Although not penetrating finish, I stroked off and finished all over her.

 

2/14 I've decided to weave this "hard mode" No PMO challenge (adhering to all the stated guidelines including no edging or O from any source) into my program.

 

14/14! Woop woop! One month ago I thought I was gonna be a hopeless case for the rest of my life.
Be busy, all the time. Never compromise no matter how you feel (that is the addiction trying to win). Be ok with feeling lonley/sad/bored/like a loser, don't try to sooth yourself. And also, the struggle will continue forever, but you keep going, that's what's make you better than yesterday, and better than average.

Day 3 was successful. On day 4/14, nearly had a relapse this morning. I looked at a couple of videos for a few minutes but no masturbation. I resisted but still feel defeated. Hoping the rest of the day goes better and I start tomorrow off without looking at porn.
