I have discovered the biggest reasons for premature ejaculation (and super simple fix)

Discussion in 'Porn-Induced Sexual Dysfunctions' started by Deleted Account, Jun 22, 2017.

  1. Thank you for your input. Let me just quickly respond to some of your points.

    1. Emphasis on slow edging. Reaching edge of orgasm fast then stopping and then going again does very little, or dare I say nothing at all, for PE. It just makes you real good at stopping at the edge of orgasm. Decrease stimulation to as little as possible to make sure you reach edge as slowly as possible while at the same time staying as erect as possible.

    2. Yes. Breath is very important. Breath either builds or dissipates tension. Too much physical tension can be cause of PE. Even tho I would put it at the very bottom of the list I mentioned in my original post in terms of importance.

    3. Again, just wanna point out, practice "kegels" the right way. If you do the wrong kegels it will actually make your PE worse! The right type of "kegel" is what I call the "tailbone muscle" - PC muscle for males. If you do not know how to isolate and flex it without flexing wrong "kegels" (BC muscle for males) then it is better to just avoid kegels completely and just do reverse kegels only.

    5. Another good tip! Pelvic floor stretches releases tension and helps to loosen muscles there. Still tho if one is not retraining involuntary reflex to contract perineum area (BC muscle) by practicing reverse kegels I doubt static stretching alone will do much.

Hey, The Serpent of Fire. Dude, can you please please elaborate in detail how to flex the 'tailbone muscle'? I can only squeeze muscles down there in 2 ways: 1 is by squeezing the BC muscle which basically contracts my anus sphincter muscle; and 2 by flexing my gluteus maximus muscles basically my butt cheeks. I can't understand how else to squeeze my tailbone muscles. Please, can you help out?

    @abraabra

If you're taking a piss, and have to stop taking a piss in the middle of it, the PC muscle is the one you'd use.

  4. What @primaljade said, for the most part. But there is something important to mention. Otherwise you might start exercising the wrong muscle that will make your PE worse!

"Tailbone muscle" (aka the PC muscle) can stop the flow of urine, so that is how you can locate it. But BC muscle (basically the area between your testicles and anus - your perineum) also can stop the flow of urine. But BC is the wrong muscle to train and will only make your PE worse. So how do you tell which is which?

Go urinate and try to stop the flow of urine by flexing muscles. Put your hand on your perineum area and make sure it is fully relaxed. Do a reverse kegel if necessary. Usually people stop flow of urine by flexing their perineum (BC muscle), that is the wrong way, you should be able to stop the flow of urine while keeping perineum area fully relaxed.

If some anal sphincters are flexing along with your PC no worry. The same goes if your glutes are flexing with it, no worry. You should not exercise them intentionally but rather isolate the muscle as much as you can, but eventually you will learn how to do that with time and practice. For staring out don't worry about isolation.

If you do it correctly no urine will shoot out and empty your urethra, which is what happens when you flex BC muscle (it shoots out urine the same way it shoots out semen when it contracts during orgasm). What will happen instead is your urine will just stop flowing. Eventually, maybe with some practice, you should be able to start and stop the flow of urine while holding reverse kegel at your perineum at the same time.

Hey. I noticed earlier in the thread that yoga has helped you with this. I've been doing yoga myself for a while, can you recommend any poses in particular which are good for training your PC muscle?

Ay Serpent thank you for posting on my related message. This is something I hadn't thought of. I used to not have a problem with premature ejaculation but I'm thinking now it might be a problem due to PIED even though I don't look at porn much anymore, but if I'm being honest I've used pills to cover shit up for quite a while now (although a few years ago with my last girlfriend, I failed to rise to the occasion twice without pills, but then I banged her regularly multiple times per week and never needed a pill so I'm kinda curious as to how healed I am but anyway...). I'm currently on a 7-day streak and I'm doing pretty good w/o looking at porn (keeping busy helps, plus being a bit older) as well as fantasy although I've had a bit of fantasy in the mornings sometimes.

Anyway I think I've isolated the correct muscles for proper kegel exercises, but I have a related question for you since people have brought these up in this thread:

I've heard of reverse-kegels before, but how do I tell if I'm doing them right? My understanding is they're essentially the same muscles you'd use to push out a fart or a shit. I always thought that's what it was but you seem quite knowledgeable on this topic so I wanna make sure I'm doing reverse-kegels (as well as regular kegels) correctly. Please advise, and thank you very much for this post and bringing it to my attention!

  8. Just as there are two types of kegels (PC muscle and BC muscle kegels) there are two types of reverse kegels - front and back reverse kegels.
    These are back reverse kegels.

The front reverse kegels are more in front of your body. These are kegels that makes your perineum muscle to stretch. You use these when you try to pee faster by applying that pushing force. You can isolate front and back kegels separately with some practice, you might not be able from beginning tho. For dealing with premature ejaculation front reverse kegels are the most important.

Put your fingers on your perineum and push as if you would be trying to urinate faster or force urine out. You should feel your perineum area to push out and expand - stretch. That is front reverse kegel.

Nice, right on man. I found out how to do the proper PC kegels last night and tried it out when I was taking a leak. I know I'm isolating the right muscles because it's different than how I'd normally clamp off a piss. But my PC muscles must be weak as hell though because I couldn't stop my flow of urine by isolating and contracting them, although I did most definitely slow it down. On the bright side these seem quite easy to do once you isolate the appropriate muscles.

I haven't been able to isolate the muscles. I can only stop the flow of urine by clenching (squeezing) my anus and that makes my dick move slightly, and I've read in countless places that the moving of your dick means that you're using your BC muscles, which are the wrong muscles to use that worsen premature ejaculation. I can't figure out any other way to stop the flow of urine. I can't understand what other muscles could be moved down there, except for the anus and the butt cheeks. Can somebody please help me out with this?

Also I've been experiencing sexual exhaustion for quite some time. I've started taking some supplements to cure the exhaustion, and they have helped a lot, but I would still like to have someone's input for as to how I can fully heal myself.
Some info: I don't watch porn, nor do I masturbate. I used to do all this quite a lot years ago. As for supplements, I'm taking Zinc, Ginkgo Biloba, L-arginine, Korean Ginseng, Magnesium, Vitamin B complex, Cod Liver Oil.

I would really appreciate if anyone can guide me to recovery. Sexual exhaustion has completely destroyed my life.

    Thank you.

Hey, Serpent of Fire. Bro, could you please give some guidelines regarding Flexing the Tailbone muscle? I know everything you've written but I just can't seem to flex the Tailbone muscle right. Would really appreciate your help

  12. @abraabra "Tailbone muscle" aka "back-kegels", aka "PC muscle" is muscle that connects to your tailbone and pubic bone (see 2nd diagram I provided). You flex it by stopping (or somewhat slowing down at least, if PC muscle is too weak to stop it fully) flow of urine. Try to flex back muscles and keep front (BC muscles - you perineum muscles) relaxed. If you can't separate them at first it's ok to flex them along with with glutes, anal sphincters and BC muscles. With time, as PC becomes stronger and you develop better mind-muscle connection, you will learn to isolate it desperately.

Is it correctly done by " pulling " the anus in, or should I only be feeling movement on the knot of the tailbone? The penis should not rise or move, correct? That would be the wrong muscle, the BC muscle as far as I know?

EDIT: Tried it while pissing, not in doubt anymore. To anyone in doubt, do it while pissing!

Dude, could you please help me out? I just can't get the hang of it. When you say that you tried it while pissing, you mean that the piss is FLOWING OUT of your penis and that's when you stop its flow by squeezing the tailbone, OR do you do it BEFORE your piss has started to flow out and you squeeze the tailbone muscle and it stops the URGE to piss? Please focus on the word "urge" and "flowing out" that I have used.
Because when I do try to flex the tailbone muscle WHILE piss is FLOWING OUT, the piss doesn't stop, but when I flex the tailbone muscle before passing piss, the URGE to piss goes away.

I also confused about which muscle is the pc and which is the bc. PC muscle is what we should be training right.
Is it this is the muscle which we used when we are trying to hold gas, where your anus would squeeze a bit. ?

If you have a tendency of flexing your BC muscles, you may well end up flexing them when trying to hold in gas as well. Anyway yes, you can kinda feel your a-hole cinching up as you do it. Your PC muscle is definitely towards your rear; the BC will make your dick move when you clench it.

Hey, man. Could you help me out a bit with how you were able to stop the flow of piss. Did you use your anus muscle to stop the piss like trying to hold in poop or what?
I'd be really grateful to you if you help me. Thanks

I tried last night and its really difficult for me. So go urinate and watch carefully. You have probably stopped the flow of urine with your BC muscle ( which makes your dick wip and climax quickly. This time keep the BC muscle relaxed and try to stop the flow from your back, anus area. It is a really gentle muscle and it took me a few seconds to stop it.

So for me it feels like as im moving something behind my anus. My problem is i have been conditioned to use BC all the time and even trained it, because i didnt know better. So the first thing im gonna do the next weeks is to relax my BC and try to control my PC better.

I have done this before and i was already cured of PE. But slipped back and now i got this shit again. Well here we go again.
Last time i beat this shit up by going for a 30 day Hardmode commitment. This time i will carefully watch that im not gonna use the BC muscle
In my case, the BC muscle tightens when i get an erection. This is not normal! The BC muscle must be relaxed all the time ( if you dont want to improve PE).
When i was cured of PE i could do as long as i want. I didnt even have to watch out for my PC muscle, cause if the BC is relaxed you can train it like you want and its not that hard to resist.

It should be enough to take more awareness to the relaxed BC muscle at first. If this thing keeps relaxed everything will be easier.

very true - it is a must to learn how to relax bot BC and PC muscles. This was my experience too. As soon as I realized that my muscles are tense most of the time and especially during lovemaking, my intercourse time started increasing.

A good way to learn to relax those muscles is doing reverse kegels.
