I'd like to reset. Today is my second day.

Day 4/14.
Had a strong urges and i woke up so early to relapse but suddenly entered here to resist the temptation. Panic button saves me this time.

By resist temptation, i know the strength of the urge and now i can fight back with more power.

 

Day 10/14. Was busy all day, had no time to even think about PMO
