Day 0 i went for 3 weeks but then i failed and now i cant just stop masturbating everyday, i dont know what to do.. i need to continue the streak my performance was increasing and now im back to zero again

I will stay here more for 14 days to complete 21 days here then I move to 1 month group
I cannot do it alone
