My weight increased by 5 kg, yes it is great improvement for a skinny guy like me. I am beginning to like myself and my body.

Due to these changes my confidence has increased. I am no longer worried about my looks while I meet people.

I am loving it. I do not want to get back to this addiction ever again.

So far I was reading the success stories of other to keep myself motivated. The benefits people had from nofap. But the time when you actually start experiencing them, its completely different feeling.

Since two days I have been receiving lots of comments from people about my physics. They have been asking if I have joined the gym or something.

This gives me a faith that abstaining from the porn is the most wonderful thing i have done to myself.

Keep going guys, we are changing our life completely.

I'm off work this weekend and I rotate to night shift next week. This is a dangerous time for me; I have to stay focused!
