Out of flatline / Horny all the time / need some help

    Yes, I am very horny too. Instead though, I dont feel the need to PMO as much. Instead I want to find a real women and get it on. But im a shy guy so I have to work on that. Anyway, the reason I believed you relapsed is because you did everything the same. Now when youre on your new streak do the same things you did before and plus more. Try meditation, read a book, etc.

    Haha, well, i do a lot to not relapse. Daily meditation and exercises, reading books, only take cold showers, working on mindfulness, stopped drinking caffeine, stopped using sugar, started eating healthy.. I do an awful lot to not relapse. I'm not sure yet why i relapsed. And actually, i dont see it as a real big relapse. I did fapped but My goal is to banned porn out of my life. I'm not sure yet if i want to quit masturbation for good. And, i dont do nofap just for y banner. I want to get a healthy relationship with myself and with sex. I need to read more about semen retention. So i will continue my journey..

    Wow you have a very similar routine like mine but do you use drugs or alcohol. If not then nevermind. I dont think anybody on here is doing nofap for the banner although it does motivate (some). Anyway, keep us updated!

    I have been doing a lot of drugs and alcohol. But now clean for more than 1,5 year. Just 1 minor relapse, once. But i can honestly say that was more of a breakthrough. I hallucinated a lot and that helped me to go deeper in finding the sources of my problems.
    After that i finally realized i was also addicted to porn haha.
    How did you managed to reach 450 days?

    Maybe the problem was that you tried to fight with your drive and feelings? I try to accept it and just feel like in the meditation but 24/7

    Yeah, it's good to figure out what it is. I'm not sure yet. I regonize it from when i was addicted to drugs and alcohol. There's always that moment that you think "fuck it" and then make excuses to justify it..

    yeah this part with the excuses is so unlogical later but we still do it...
    I,m okey . I Will have a presentation on monday but i have bad experience with this. So i,m stressed and this leads me stronger to pmo.

    I'm doing ok-ish. Still a mess in my head. A couple of weeks ago i realized that some things that happened in my youth contributed to my addiction and in general fucking up my life. But today i realized that it did not contribute to, but in fact was the cause of all my problems. So that's heavy in my head. But i just ran for 12 km and now cold shower and then meditate so i will keep up..

    You should be glad, when you know the core of the problems it,s way easier to put the right goals and to make a plan what to do against this.Maybe it feels like you have a new problems but you had it already for long and you just didn't knew it. It,s an anvantage more for you. That's my advantage I knew it already for long. When my therapist once told me my cause of the problems I wasn't even suprised but holy shit I never knew that it would have lay such large and long roots in my life.

    I know my relapse triggers well and I try to stray away from them. I do similar things to your regimen but some different. Honestly thats all I do. Nothing special about it.

    whats your regime then.. ? Btw, i tried to face my triggers so i learn to deal with it.. Same as with alcohol and drugs.. I relapsed a lot because i still went to pubs and clubs.. After 2 years of trying i'm no able to go to the places who once triggered me

    Well, everyones different. I too am a "recovered" drug/alcohol addict (2 years 6 months sober). My roommate has a pack of beer upstairs but I dont ever feel the need to drink. More like I dont ever want to associate with the drugs/alcohol (drinking or using). Its like playing with fire and it is a relapse trigger to some but I dont really mind it. Thats sort of like how I treat my PMO addiction. I have access to porn via internet but I dont feel the need to watch it. I guess if I could sum it up I would call it gumption. There is a member on here who has a thread called "The gumption report" or something like that. I didnt know what the word meant and I looked it up. Basically I will myself to not PMO whenever I do feel the urge to relapse. That or I do my regimen that keeps me busy which is exercise, meditate, I have a physical injury so I cant work as of now so I garden outdoors for a bit. I dont drink or smoke anything. I only drink water during week days and soda on saturday or sunday (I slip it in one one or two cheat meals not binging), I also do the same with foods. Lean protein (chicken, tuna, egg, oatmeal, 97%fat free ground beef, etc.) I workout 5 days a week 40 min a day. I meditate for 25 minutes everyday (been slacking somewhat lately because of gardening). The remaining days I rest or stretch my body parts that are currently injured. See nothing special but it works for me and thats all that matters to me. You have to find something that works and stick to it. So let me put it straight. You relapsed because you were horny?
     
  13. You Can do isometrics bro :). You seem like you sustain great discipline. Inspiring to read such mindset every now and then. I assume most people on nofap have weak discipline ability.

    My previous record was 90+ days orso.. I gave in so easily .. I don't even know why. However I felt at peace maybe because I did/do only PM. The only reason for this is because I am in relationship.

    I've found a really strong source in myself which enables me to eliminate whatever things I see, watch, hear or think related to pmo. It's like a battle sometimes you loose some "terrain" sometimes you win. Important is that you keep approving, if you can't do that then atleast don't give in "terrain". If you somehow give in, try to hold and do your best to not give in more. Once you can hold try to get your "terrain" back and keep going.

    Notice I said within myself. It's all okay to get advice from others or watch motivational lectures or read every single thing about pmo. But the most important part is that whatever you want, it's inside you. You just need to find it and bring it out. You already own it, you have it. It was always in you. Find it and bring it out.
