Completed 7 days! Thanks everyone for your kindness and support.

Next up is the 14 day challenge while my long term goal is 180 days no pmo.

 

7 days challenge finished, now will go for 10 days that is my higgest personal mark with no PMO.

Day 3...going good so far...Getting feelings of restlessness, Irritation and frustration...can control the urges.

 

Successfull people do their work even if they don't feel like doing it.
Toughen up and be successfull

 

Alright fuckos let's go. I'm getting some rest when I get off work then I'm going to hit the gym at the very least before I move on to the other things I need to do.

Journey to 168 hours of NoFap (7days) continues. Just completed my first 24 hours and I keep going. I'm posting this while i have a boner and its hard but im gonna keep fighting we need to stay strong guys
