    Sure! Basically and accountability partner is another person you've got to help you not PMO. For example, there are Internet filters that, if you breach them, can send a message to an email address telling what you did. That email address is your accountability partner's. Also, your accountability partner should be justa phone call/Skype/text message away -- when you're in the moment feeling the temptation, you call him up, and he talks you through it to keep you from PMOing.
