Please tell us your women attraction stories

I don't have a story to share, but a caution... these kinds of stories could potentially be triggers for some folks here. if you respond, please provide a cautionary statement at the beginning of the post.

I think a more interesting question to ask is what makes a healthy relationship that leads to a positive engagement and intimacy (in its mental and emotional meaning).

I have one I have several. When ever I retain my wife is all over me. When we are out in public she says that women are checking me out. I have been told that I am handsome several times. Nofap is like steroids. Women stare and hold eye contact. They are constantly doing double takes. The other day I was in line at the grocery store and I had a feeling some one was staring at me. I looked up and bingo two lines over! The female attraction is real!

 

Star: Apologies for my caution posting. Your story is applicable and interesting. I'm too old to be attractive to anyone but my wife, so maybe that's where the buzz kill came from.

I was at freinds place playing smash with some people over.

There was a girl there and usually before Nofap, I would be extremely shy, over analyze every situation and my OCD (based on social anxiety) would be worse.

This time though I was able to stay out of my head for the most part and just try my best to live in the moment.

It worked, I was having fun, cracking jokes stayed in the moment and she asked for my number after too.

We even hanged out another day.

It's all about confidence. That said Nofap is one piece of the puzzle.

It will give you the energy and strength to do things but it won't fix all your problems. For me I have OCD and now I'm currently going to a therapist to get help.

There will be days were you feel lower then dirt and days like above, where you feel like a king.

Its worth it but the journey is like a roller coaster. Many ups and downs
