PMO on 7/14. It wasn't even that enjoyable. I realize that giving up PMO is not a unique event. I have to begin and begin again over and over. I struggle with guilt, but I realize that guilt hinders my progress and self confidence. I'm trying to see this as a life-long challenge and not just a one time thing. This morning I am struggling big time with urges. (Chaser effect?) Thanks to this site I have something to look at besides porn which I know will lead directly to MO.

About yesterday. Had strong urges from afternoon, till the time I slept at night. By god's grace I didn't falter.
'am writing this post at 8:30PM, so the day is about to end.
One day at a time. Tomorrow's goal is to go for a morning walk before leaving for office. Will share my progress with the community.
I am openly desperate. No more, can I be a captive of my mind.
