    I don't know man.....this is disappointing.
    No urges .... nothing
    So I thought to sleep just for an hour as I only slept for 4 hours the previous night....
    While I was sleeping on my stomach.........so I am in complete dream and in dream I am seeing a hot video from YouTube....
    I don't know why I was seeing that..... because I used to watch that video 6-7 years back
    So when I am in dream visiuals from the video is passing one by one .......and I orgasm......and as I am still in dream I realized this and suddenly I orgasm for the second time in next 7-8 seconds ......
    I immediately woke up and ran towards bathroom ......washed myself and change my garment
    In my streak of 220 days this is my 5th wet dream
    And it demotivates me
    But still it's involuntary ...... which makes me balanced.....
    I wonder how long it would take to cure my wet dreams

    Don't let it get you down, man, 220 days is a major achievement. I've had wet dreams on 15 days. They are involuntary so they don't count against your streak... I would just suggest to start sleeping on your back or side.

    Yes......wet dreams are like unloading of excess of semen ....
    And the good thing is.....when I was doing pmo 2-3 years back.....there was hardly any wet dream....but since I am on this journey I have witnessed 5-6 wet dreams

    Im also looking forward to having my 1st wet dream again since puberty (thats when i discovered pmo, and never had a w d after that anymore..) so i rather see it as a sign of recovery, health & abundance

    When I was 14 years old the time when I masturbated for the first time
    I used to masturbate after a gap of 15 days in between this sometimes I got wet dreams...
    But from 2011 till 2017 there were hardly any wet Dreams
    As I was masturbating around 5 times per week
    So yes it's a good sign in some sense

    I hate how the NoFap community demonizes wet dreams, like bro your body is naturally releasing semen. It's okay and healthy, the only problem is that it might be a bit embarrassing but fuck it bro be proud you have a healthy body!

    I am new to all this and trying hard to abstain from pmo, I am into day 6 of no porn or wanking. I haven't had a wd since I was 14 and can't wait to have one, I am confused wen I read that some people thinks it a step backwards wereas I think for me it will be a sign of progress although I understand it will be a bit messy but totally natural.     Actually I think it might have been a little earlier than that. 5 just seemed like it was close enough. I didn’t understand what it was, and I didn’t reach O or anything. I just knew that if I touched myself a certain way, it felt good. It actually became kind of a problem. I didn’t understand time and place back then, and it created a nightmare for my parents.
