just came here from 7-challenge

Day 7: Half way there...!

 

I don't know if its just me, but as soon as soon as I get out of bed I have an urge for PM. It comes as a numbing feeling in my back and shoulders.
It's kind of like lifting weights. I wasn't used to resisting these urges, now I know I can resist some of them.
Coming on day 3 today.

 

Take a cold shower go for a walk read a book this helped me allot when i am sober

 

I relapsed today, day 0 for me.I won't give up,I restart tomorrow.

Had some urges last nite for the first time since I started this last go at it. I think today is day 11. Sweet.
