  3. HEY Guys!
I think many of you are having problem in waking up early.......
I used to have the same.... until i found this app known as alarmy....!
Dammm! One of the most useful app i ever found.....
I am in a habit of being up at 3:30am exept few missed days..
    Just try it out!

    "At 4am alarm rings"
    "Ok let me snooze it"
    "Wait there is no snooze!"
"Ok lets go to the bathroom and click a pic to turn this daam loud thing off"

*reaches baathroom and clicks a pic*
    *alarm off*

"Oh! I reached the bathroom lets wash face drink some water ect."
    *wide awake*
    Mission accomplished!

Sounds like a great app. Its just, I can't install any apps on my phone. When my last one was stolen, I decided not to buy android again. I have some Nokia from 90' :D Its serves me very well, messages and calls... I can log in to facebook or whatever but Iit'sink its a real time saver, this phone. Also, I don't think I am able to watch porn on this device :D
I need to learn this lazy brain to wake up without any help :D

  5. That's great.......
You are certainly going to make great progress....... your determination tells me....
    Keep going!

  6. Hahaha same here mate. I realized that I'm addicted to my android phone so I decided to put it in the box and to start using an old Nokia phone. It really helped me a lot not to waste so much time on my phone.

Anyways, I am kinda ashamed. I started this challenge in order to help myself start waking up early again, but I haven't managed to do it even once since I started this. I'm glad that you all are doing well. I wasn't posting because I feel shame, but it's just hiding from my problems instead of facing them. From now on, I will post on this threat every day about the time I woke up.

  7. Btw last few days I haven't felt asleep before midnight... I've been watching American Horror Story before sleep because my brother started watching it. I really like it but it's wasting my time. I was never movie/series person because I always looked at it as a waste of time, and it really is. There are some great movies that can you teach you about life little bit, but most of them are just for entertainment... So I decide I'll stop watching AHS.

No need to be ashamed bro, we are in the same juice. Just post it every day, no matter when you get up. I am sure you will succeed. Just keep going!

Thank you for this, but I am not doing well at all... 5 AM is my goal and, how many times I got up at 5 AM in last 5-6 days? 2 times, that's less than 30% success, but I will get better. I am sure. So you should be.

Try to be more focused on why are you doing this challenge in the first place. It's not just to prove that you can, but because it brings some benefits with. Samo lagano :)

I watched the first three seasons of Game of Thrones in the last 5 days, I watched it already two times but I need to keep my mind busy and not to think about actual problems... We are truly masters of wasted time. But the good thing is that at least we realize it and we are trying to fight against it. So that is a good decision. I myself will try to limit on 4 movies per month and no series at all.

Thank you for your support @Mysteryball It is true, I'm very determined and I've really made a lot of effort since last time I relapsed, 8 days ago. And I will be very devastated if I fail this time, those thoughts are scaring me the most, but in some way, they are keeping me from relapsing.

  10. Even on days you didn't got up at 5, you still woke up kinda early, 7:30 is still early, so I think It's not that bad. This morning I got up at 11am :p There is something wrong in my sleeping patterns for sure...

Limiting yourself to 4 movies a month seems like a good idea. Few days ago I was introduced to a very cool technique. If you want to limit yourself on doing something just few times a month, try to get few playing cards(4 jokers for example) and every time you watch a movie you have to tear one of your cards. If you have no cards left you aren't allowed to watch a movie. You get new cards every month. Srecno :)

  11. I think another obstacle for me is my expectations the night before. In the past I used to wake up at 5am and go running for a few kilometres or do a few sprints. I was expecting from myself to do it now again, but every morning I feel like getting outside is the hardest thing on the world, so I return to bed. I will try just to get up at 5am and check in on this threat, without going outside, at least until I don't develop a habit of early rising again. After that I'll take a cold shower, meditate and stretch, same morning routine as before, but without running.

  12. It's 3:30am and I just had a worst night in a while. I had erection for the past 3 hours, sexual fantasies didn't wanted to leave my head, I tried to fall asleep but I ended up relapsing. This 4 days streak has been probably my hardest streak, when I've got to 16 days it was easier than this. I had strong urges from the day 0. I'm kinda mad at myself because I haven't tried to do anything. It was 3am but I still could get up and come to this forum, but instead I kept trying to fall asleep and I ended up ejaculating... I set my alarm an 9am this morning, it's still better than getting up at 11. Hope my next try will be easier.

  13. It's 5am and I still can't sleep. I relapsed 3 times this night, I am disgusted by myself.

  14. Okay I'm not even gonna try to sleep. I'll take a cold shower and do my morning routine, and I'll take some naps if I feel sleepy.

Just don't be hard on yourself. After relapse, at least you came here and post. Do you know what I do after I relapse? I don't come back at a forum for 10 days and I fap like idiot 5 times a day.

And never give up. You need to try just one more time, just one more. And that is maybe the time you will succeed. If you don't try than fail is guaranteed.

This is the same for me. First few days are the hardest, but then somehow it gets easier.

Remeber how you felt when you relapse, and remember how you felt on the 15th day of your streak. How do you prefer?

  18. Woke up at 3:45 am.
Did some study but i think i took some big naps. :emoji_grinning:
    Surely gonna work on that!
