WAKING UP EARLY FOR 30 DAYS CHALLENGE

Discussion in 'Events & Challenges' started by Future role model, Jul 17, 2018.

  1. Thanks for your positive messages guys! :)

I managed to eventually fall asleep using "Headspace on Sleep", I wish I tried it earlier. It was about 6am when I felt asleep, and I woke up at 12:30 lol. Need to work on my sleep cycle.

  5. I think waking up with an alarm clock is stupid thing to do......
i will surely try to wake up on my own.......
I also think that i'm just being able to get 5 hours sleep which might affect me..
Please suggest the number of hours i should sleep (i'm 15).....

  6. It's individual. Some peoples brain can recover faster, which means they need less sleep. If you are exercising your body, you might want to get more sleep, but it's shown that too much sleep can actually have a bad impact on your health. There is also a polyphasic sleep, you could try it as well.

A good idea is maybe that you go to sleep every night at the same time. And sleep until you wake up on your own. That way your body will tell you how much sleep it needs. Anyway, at that age, 8 hours minimum, in my opinion.

Who I am to give an advice... I just got up, 9:30 AM damn it. I am not sure how can I get earlier.
I still did not relapse, I started to do many things that will improve my life over time, meditation, reading, learning, workout, etc... and I do all these things every single day but I still can't get up out of bed.

I will make a pause with this challenge, it is not going well but that is no reason to be frustrated, which I am. I will take I week off and I will try it again.
