As the title suggested above, I'm looking for ways to completely stop my long time porn addiction especially lesbian porn and the self inflicting harm while masturbation.

It's weird to open up to you guys over here as Im not sure if there is any assistance but I'm just want to find an avenue where I really need sincere advise and support on how to be a healthy and normal human being that someday successfully refrain from extreme masturbation and porn addiction.

I was introduced to pictures of nude women and discovered masturbation at the age of 6. The first time was like discovering a whole new sensation that was like a roller coaster ride. The high and the excitement of looking at the female form. It was a rush and I enjoyed it so much.

Things took another turn when I came into my teens. As if masturbation was a common routine as to daily prayers, I was looking ways to have this "rush" more exaggerated. I discovered playing with the peehole.in a form of insertions. First was feathers followed by nails and soon it's with a fine fishing thread.

It may sound and looks painful but really the pleasure and the estacy of having those objects into the peehole was the rush I craved everyday till this day.

Now I just cannot stop. Even if I want to, the urge it's just too overwhelming. Everytime I came across loneliness and smartphone in my hand, I start to search for lesbian porn as I am facinated watching females making out with another and as I get aroused, I be inserting the thread into my peehole.

Really I am a wreck and need company for advise minus the sex therapy counseling.
