    I fell pray to my old monster today for a moment and went on to casual encounters on craigslist. But before I could do anything I made myself leave, and instead made myself a counter to remind myself what I'm doing. I just wanted to share a small personal victory I had just now.

    Way to go!! Keep going, it's a sign of strong willpower and progress that you were able to stop yourself. Hopefully next time you'll be able to say "no" to the urge right away.

    Working on it lol, I'm having a surprisingly easy time this time through nofap. I tried like 2 years ago and it was like 3 days of agony.
