    Hey guys,
When i started my reboot so after a month pr so i started to get pressure headache on the right side of my head around temples and ear. The headache keeps on shifting to and fro......sometimes forward towards forehead(but on its right side) and all of a sudden backwards again around ears. I never suffered from headaches in my life but now during reboot it is disturbing me a lot.
Its been over two months.....yes i have overall progress because of reboot but this headache seems to stick 24*7
    Any suggestions guys???
What it could be and how i can treat it

I’ve gotten them as well on my last long reboot. I think it’s definitely withdrawal symptoms from PMO abstinence. I don’t think there’s really anything you can do to treat it except give it time. I tried taking Aspirin, Excederin, you name it, nothing helped. The only thing that made it go away was waiting it out. Your body and brain are going through a lot of changes and physical symptoms are definitely normal despite what some people will try and tell you. If it continues bothering you, you might consider a visit to your doctor but in my case no doctor found anything wrong with me and weren’t able to help my symptoms at all. This is just part of the process...

Sometimes...but frankly during my last reboot I was dealing with so many other physical symptoms it was difficult for me to keep track of all of them and when they came and went. But I remember it was worse when I was sitting and at rest than when I was moving around.

    Yeah bro......ditto same here.
Maybe its our brain rewiring........to default settings. And was it also on the right side for you???

  6. Dude...I had one headache that lasted all day. It literally felt like my brain was melting. Like dagger323 said nothing helped but time. It was brutal.

Mine was only localized to one side for a day or so then it would switch to the other side. But for me it was mostly on the left side...

I’m right handed, but frankly I don’t think that has anything to do with it.
Thanks man, and I’m sure it will be over soon, you just need to give it time like I said. I’d also recommend eating clean as well as daily exercise. It has helped me in so many ways since I began.

  14. I have had the head pressure for over 250 days. Some days it’s noticeably stronger, some non-existent.
