Today I will not use porn because it's fake short pleasure.

 

Today I will not use porn because I relapsed not long ago, so doing it so soon again could possibly put me back in the cycle of doing it once every few days, or more. Binging could throw me back into the addiction again, but I will rise up from this relapse and continue avoiding PMO, as this will say to my addiction that I am stronger now and a relapse won't pull me back in.

Today I will not use porn because I have been addicted to it since I was 9, and I am sick and tired of using it as a coping mechanism. When I don't watch porn, I'm much more positive, more productive, and have faith in myself. I deserve better than porn.
Porn will never help me accomplish my dreams. It is just a waste of time and energy that results in guilt, shane, and feeling drained.

I mean we don't look at pics or vids of food and stick our fingers in our mouths and pretend we're eating. How ridiculous would that be? Yet that's basically what porn is. Porn is fucking ridiculous.
