Hi Y'all, I'm an 18-year-old male who is currently trying to quit. I first started watching porn around age 12, I'd get home from school and my parents would be working and I'd be alone and you know the rest. Cut to six years later and I've had a tenuous relationship with porn. I've managed to get at most three weeks in a row without but that fell apart quickly thereafter. I've always kinda thought I would quit before going to uni and now I realize I'm leaving in three weeks and the habit has only gotten worse. Lately, I've found it hard to enjoy other things, and my motivation is down the drain. I'd looked into NoFap before but it always seemed like a lot of work, but I think this may be what I need to finally get out of my rut. I'm looking to go hard mode for 30 days and see where that gets me.

It is good you are working to get this fixed at a young age. We're all in this fight together.

I'm in the same boat, when I was younger I assumed I would grow out of it. But when I graduated high school and was still addicted, the reality of the situation set in, and I realized that only an active approach could solve this problem.
We can do this, as long as we never give up.
