    21 days, checking in. My dream this morning is sort of weighing on my mind (see my journal), because I have been having those kind of thoughts that are insipid, trying to convince me that I really want to M. Sheesh! I might have to jump up and take a cold shower in the middle of the night. I WILL do what it takes. I understand the consequences of not, and I am NOT going down that road again.

    Day 150 is just on the horizon.
    Hanging in and on by the grace of God we are reading restoring pleasure it has intimacy treasures for couples to do things the right way. Touch without purposeful stimulation, one of 30 exercises done today its #10 of #30 intercourse is #30 :(:(:(:emoji_bomb::emoji_bomb::emoji_dizzy_face:
