Day 5/7: Honestly, I went to bed before I got to post my day post here. I'll survive. Anyway I feel like I'm starting to feel dopey again, but I still managed to get a lot done yesterday.

Day 6. Trying hard not to fuck this all up

 

Here in my country we have a popular saying: empty mind, devil's workshop.
It has never made as much sense to me as in the past few months ... When we are busy the urge to use PMO does not appear...

Cold showers, and any kind of physical activity helps man. I relapsed after my first day and ya it really sucked but you cant let it get you down. Instead of getting mad or down, I told myself if i can go a day i can go go 2
