Day 48- So cold showers are well really cold. I wonder whether I will hack it. I did manage to wake up bright and early at 6 which is a big improvement from waking up normally at 7.30 am. I am now reading the book 12 Rules of Life by Jordan Peterson and hopefully I complete it in the next 6 days.

Yes we have been programmed to put women on a pedestal. And radical feminism is propagating this even more and more. I fear what will become of men in the next few decades. Many of us are wimping out in life and I sometimes just have tears in my eyes.

However, I would caution not to allow one's self to actually reach the point of looking at women disdainfully. I once reached this point when I could not see a way out of porn, blaming them for a myriad of my problems. I was deep into MGTOW stuff. It didn't help me much. It made me only more bitter. We have to strike a balance of sorts in our view of women and not just view them as a monolith. Understand that for millennia, women have been told that their value comes from their body and a lot of this has come from men. I believe many women are also in the proverbial matrix doing things unconsciously since this is how society, feminism and media has primed them to be.

I agree with most of everything you said the one thing that we allow ourselves to do is to feel like we're being manipulated by women to feel like we're being controlled by them when the actuality it's your penis that is making those decisions. And yes women are more fragile more secure more insecure than we are in a lot of things but not everything and they're fake personalities on every side male and female it really comes down to how much we allow our society to form who we think we need to be instead of who we really need to be without even looking at Society God bless you each and every one day 155
