Porn is so great when abstaining, but boring when you actually watch it

Yes, this is tolerance/desensitization, a normal symptom of addiction. You crave porn more and more but like it less and less. It is a symptom of the physical changes happening within your brain. This is common to all addictions.

Absolutely!!! Boring, empty, repetative. I hate the searching for just one tiny difference in body type, angle, lighting, voice etc. So pointless...

 

One thing for sure: we may keep doing something that give us pleasures. Sure when u do too much pmo u may have less pleasure but it's still there, it's not as high as the first time yet that's the only thing that gives u quick pleasure for now.

It also means if there's one thing can give u the same pleasure, pmo is no longer needed.

 

I never thought about it this way but I agree with you 100%!
