    Hey guys I am on here trying to get a grasp to see if others feel the same way I do. I was a porn addict for 8 1/2 years nearly every day when I started my journey. As of today, I feel i have made big steps in the recovery of my brain. Stuff like watching tv and watching youtube videos is much more enjoyable. Basically any form of entertainment is much more enjoyable. I could do it all day without getting depressed. Before nofap I liked watching tv and watching videos on the internet but it wasn't nearly as entertaining and fulfilling as it is now. Anyone have these same feelings?

    I WILL NEVER MSTURBATE TO PORN AGAIN.

    but what is killing me is that Im not sexually active. I dont have a partner. do you have one?

    Thanks for responding to my post man. I have had 5 sexual partners all from tinder lol. This had helped me re-wire my brain I have noticed. I have also noticed that the sex is better and I can ejaculate almost immediately due to increased pleasure.

    Great job man! You deserve it after you've put yourself through, keep going and never look back positively at how things were when you were addicted. Did you have problems in bed with a partner when you were in the middle of your addiction? Pied? ED? or anything?

    I never had trouble getting hard but I did have delayed ejaculation or couldn't ejaculate at all. I think a lot of that could be contributed to the combination of having "whiskey dick" and my addiction cause I hooked up with a lot of girls when i was drunk.

    Yep,
    I can attest to some major changes and I'm at about the same point on the timeline. I still have a bit of ahedonia, but it's gotten much better. I was going on a solid 24 years of PMO. I was there in the early days of the internet waiting hours for images to download.

    I'm pretty sure I'm going to need the better part of a year to recover.
