Cant stop the porn, but can easily go without MO

Hey, maybe give your laptop temporarily to someone asking for safe keeping and use the common pc, which is in a sitting room area where everyone is watching? This is just temporary, like for a month. After a month, you won't overcome the K9 once you are used to not watching P.

 

The only way you can do it is by hating it or more severely when you LOATHE it. Start this from today then...

1) What you see is not reality, its virtual like killing people in GTA V... you can not do it in real or you have to pay a sever price then. similarly P is a fallacy you life with your partner and P can never be the same. They are paid Role models.
2) These Pstars are just Paid Filthy Role Models, they don't have any Qualification, you have that. They can not even stand in a pious society.
3) These people have a pathetic life, they are dumb people have little mindfulness left in them due to the kind of their job.
4) P will destroy your life..Leave it..or it will ruin the life. These people have a short life, too much money but emptiness in hearts..

Try to create reasons for hating P and PStars... They are like Black holes in space.. too much magnetic forces but any thing that goes in them become dark too....

 

For the begining try to stay with people and not being alone. Leave your phone before you go to toilets, go out when u feel u can no more resist.

 

Porn causes changes in your brains, whether you masturbate or not. P alter your worldview. You don't notice it, but makes you objectify women and makes you sexist. P distorts views on sexuality and life. And the more you watch it, the worse it gets. It's a drug. You consume it every time you watch it. That's why it's important to stay completely away from it. No watching P, no PMO.

 

exactly bro, dont watch porn at all cost. currently my strtegy is to masturbate if things are really horny. because i think its better to fap away before you get into porn and fuck things up.

 

I think you should cut the porn out from your life or during your streak.I tried the same thing you were doing thinking that I would just cut MO and still watch porn.It didnt work and everytime I did this I would fail.That was my weakness the only way to be free and reboot is to go cold turkey no porn and no MO.

 

Honestly logic won't make you stop watching you just have to ask yourself one question "is this the person i want to be?" The p stars they don't matter its your lizard brain that wants them not your logical brain. But i guess taper off try to limit it and just stop.
