Justification

For me it's my rugby team, I want to be the best prop and be there for my guys when they need help so for me to get better , I have to quit this addiction , and bro be honest with your self when you relapse? It's not a complete back to 0 but if you start binging it might become one

 

Bro I'm struggling to and as we speak I'm going through an urge but it's going to get better ,trust me but you will have to wait until then

I unintentionally get in the trap , there are no excuses...

 

What are my excuses for a relapse?
Uncontrollable horniness, not having a girlfriend at the moment and high sex drive.
(I know the old methods to deal with it like ; taking a cold shower, calling a friend, going to the gym,
turning off my cellphone/computer, going for a walk) but it doesn't always work that way.. Sometimes I just want to relieve myself from everything and to relax.

What motivates me to do nofap?
The inner peace that I get when I don't masturbate,
I'm in love with this feeling!

 

Well, it really depends on the situation and my mood in the current time
but usually when I get a strong urge I just go and do something around the house
whether it's to wash the dishes, to clean up my room or to watch some tv in the living room.
And sometimes I just call a friend and talk to him (in order to distract my mind)
or I go out with my friends to sit in a bar or something
