How I will be able to stop looking at girls butts?

How someone would success to stop looking to a girl butt ? I believe that it is unappropriated behavior. how can I overcome this problem?

 

Leering or ogling is a difficult behavior to curb. It's worthwhile to fight but I think there is a grey area where you need to be forgiving of yourself. There are women who belong in text books for what beauty should be, but none the less you will be making them very uncomfortable if you can't control your staring. Some quick glances are unavoidable if you have a working set of eyes and heartbeat.

To answer your question. Try looking in safe directions or if you talk to them look them in the eye or forehead just above the eye. You can use your phone as a distraction or even look straight at the ground if need be. You may be perceived as weird but if it helps your recovery it's worth the momentary or passing judgements of others.

 

Women are definitely gorgeous and lets be honest, some parts of their bodies are more pleasant to see than others.

But I want to see women as more than body parts and oogling at them certainly doesn’t achieve that goal. Women aren’t sex objects or sex toys. And as far as their rear is concerned, I can’t look without thinking about a certain sex act. All the porn I’ve watched has messed me up in that regard.

I look away and think about something totally unrelated to sex. Sometimes I think about things I need to get done, the beautiful scenery around me, or pink elephants.

Yes pink elephants, it’s something I came up with to get away from drifting into lustful thoughts.

 

I don’t think there’s anything necessarily wrong with looking at a persons body, I mean you can admire it and even think a person is sexy but to me if you’re just standing there bloody leching and looking that person up and down, you have a problem that needs addressing.

I don’t judge a person or think anything more/less of them because of their body, and rather when I look it’s out of fascination and curiosity as I think both sexes are beautiful, but it’s usually only a couple of seconds that it happens.

 

I'm trying to clean out my brain, so when I notice a girl I then make a point of looking somewhere else. No second glance or staring.

To answer the OP, it's the same as scratching your ballsack or farting. You just have to control yourself or at least not be seen.

You can't. You like big butts and you cannot lie. Nobody else in this thread can deny.

It's also part of being human. Both genders look at the other genders bodies all the time. Women are just very, very, very good at hiding when they do it, though.
