I will have to restart this challenge, I ended up watching a lot of sex clips posted on a group chat, and even though I haven't been to a porn website and dint masturbate, I still need to start over.

Day 26. I need to get some discipline back in terms of meditation, because lately I've been not so disciplined with it and this has effect on my mood as well, and therefore increases my changes of relapsing.

16/60...today was mixed...i was a bit anxious in the am, then things calmed down, then i bought a new car, and things got excited again...but kept the promise for one more day....
