FINALLY CURED! Simple solution (Part 2)

    So I posted a threat 3 days ago about being finally cured of PIED and how amazing it feels, etc.
    Many of you are probably wondering if I did anything else during the recovery period that helped speed it up and show better results so I thought I'd get into it, simple and straight to the point!

    • Time - Like I said in my previous post, the main thing that helped me recover was giving it time. Give it as long as it needs. There is no specific time period as it differs from each person. Don't relapse (and if you do, stay strong and start over. I did multiple times.
    • Exercise - I started running everyday for 20 minutes for about a week and a half then I stopped because, I'm not gonna lie, I hate cardio. I found an alternative that I enjoy and I've been doing ever since. Boxing. I've boxed and trained every single day for the past 80 days or so.
    • Cold showers - I started taking cold showers almost everyday. Just a quick 30-60 second cold shower.
    • Meditation - You don't have to yoga-pose a 30-60 minute meditation session every single day. I meditated for 10-20 minutes for a few days. Now I just try to relax my mind and breathe. Always breathe properly and throughout your whole body.
    • Supplements - I started taking L-Citrulline, Korean Panax Ginseng, Vitamin B-Complex (which contains B-6), Ginkgo Biloba.
    • Hobbies - Keep yourself busy as much as you can. Don't sit in your room for hours doing nothing. Get off your lazy ass and stay active. Pick a hobby and add it to your routine. (I found Sudoku to be very helpful as it keeps your brain going. I play it every single morning before work).
    Things to avoid:
    • DO NOT give in to temptations
    • DO NOT look at pictures or videos of any kind that could lead to a relapse (we all know which. Instagram models, suggestive movies and music videos, etc)
    • DO NOT give in to depression
    • DO NOT give up or think it's a hopeless case
    • DO NOT be lazy
    • DO NOT be hard on yourself
    It really is simpler than it seems. Just DO NOT GIVE UP.

    I just kept myself busy at all times. Whenever I felt an urge, I would either go workout, call a friend and hang out with them, or take a cold shower.
    And if I would relapse, I found out what lead to it and tried to avoid it.
    You just gotta keep going and not give up ever. That's the only way to do it!

    I think mine started with brain fog, then fatigue, depression and feeling of loneliness, flatline and numb penis.
    Once I stopped thinking about it and did what I had to do, they started going away before I knew it. I don't even remember how brain fog feels like anymore!

    Brother just a few questions :

    Were you sexually active before discovering pied ?
    Once you overcame pied ...the erection quality was 100% during the first time itself ? Or it came gradually ?

    Also during action are you 100% erect the whole time ? And how is your sex libido when you are not around your partner ..

    Can i ask you a question? When i overcame PIED i had so much confidence afterwards that the urges came in rushing like hell. I binged cause i had gained extreme confidence and thought well its finally over i made it.

    So my question is: After you succeed your goal of overcoming PIED and everything else, what comes next? How do you completely stop yourself from watching porn ever again? I have seen people relapsing after monts of abstaining and i get anxious if there ever will a stable situation where i will be completely free from PMO.

    I would always lose my erection during penetration. Then when i discovered nofap i started some streaks and gradually developed anxiety ED. Then i decided no more, went on two big streaks of 40 days each which really helped the process and after that i kept fapping once per week. But it was only after i had regained confidence and that i was able to maintain an erection fully during sex and cum.

    My erection, when i had regained confidence, was 100%. At the start of this journey i was hard during foreplay, semihard during penetration. It differs from person to person but for me i would say it came more gradually. For me, after i had successful sex i was a beast of raging libido ready to finally take back what i had lost.Even when my gf was away after each success i had HUGE urges afterward and lots of confidence. Sadly as i said above this all led to a bing which destroyed all my progress.

    Thats why i am looking for a long term solution. What happens after your goal of NoFap?

    Ty for the reply. I started searching for answered when I started getting soft erections during masturbation to porn. I did a 90 hard mode
    ..then almost a 30 day easy mode..with just 3/4 orgasms with my partner ..but when I tried to penetrate her I would go soft ..(50%) so again I kept attempting ..like once every week ....last week I had decent success..lost my virginity! Previous to my last attempts I had PE ..or would go soft ...but this time..I penetrated

    But..came in after few strokes..but still was hard(80%).(but very less sensation...don't know why)...so went on for a while. But again when I tried that the second day..I came immediately..and couldn't get that hard to penetrate ....so I guess...my refractory period has went for a toss ! Any tips ? I am prone masturbator... But porn usage was not heavy...it's been almost 140 days..90 hard and rest easy but no PM.. am done with porn for this life !

    I think I've always been sexually active, even as a kid and before actually discovering ejaculation lol.
    During PIED I was still active and would still get horny, however obviously little to no erections and limp dick.

    After the PIED was gone I started getting morning erections back. First time I had intercourse with my partner, I wasn't 100% hard and needed a couple minutes cause I was nervous, but second and third round I was pretty hard and could last long.
    On daily basis, I get random erections sometimes but my libido is basically almost always high.

    That's a good questions bro.
    I know what you mean. In fact, last night I had the strongest urge to watch because I thought "Okay. It's been 100 days I think one video wouldn't hurt".
    DONT. This is where you really should not watch or even look at triggering pictures. Your brain will still be healing after a year, two, maybe 3 or up.

    For me, I am just over P because this is my new mindset. I took a vow and made a decision to not go back to it as a change of lifestyle.
    Don't think of it as a time period where you're only trying not to watch. Take it this way; you QUIT porn. You will not come go back to it, that's it.

    Think of it like being addicted to heroine. Do you stop doing it only until you are no longer addicted? Or do you quit for good because it ruins your life and health? The goal is to remove porn from your life for good.
