    Ok so I miscounted and actually passed 30 days ...!! 31/30 !

    It has been so amazing.. my confidence has grown, I have less mood swings, I can handle stresses better without getting overly emotional. I’m happier. :)

    Keep up the work everyone! It’s totally worth it

  14. Hey buddy, give yourself like 5 mins. to feel bad about it, then get back up and try again. We've all failed, it's part of the process. Take what you've learned, see if you can set up a plan that will give you a better chance of success. Ask yourself what will you do when the urges come next time - exercise, read, do a crossword puzzle, talk a walk, meditate - whatever, just have some ideas in place and do your best to stick with the plan.
