Day 1/30 completed. The day went well.

New month, new challenge and I am ready for it.

 

Done but never signed up. Wish you boys the best.

 

123 days passed. 124 day started. time to sleep now. thanx to my higher power no urge today.

When I get the urge to PMO, I try to find something else to let that energy out and get my mind off things. Go for a run, do a couple push-ups, take a shower, do something that takes a lot of brainwork.

 

Read The Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi. It will be immensely helpful to you at this stage of your life. And be PMO free this month! PEACE

 

Day nine, unintentionally saw illicit imagery on Snapchat, I don’t think that counts as breaking the streak tho
