[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

8 days! Every step I take I'm unsure of my footing, and every corner I turn I'm afraid of seeing myself sinking into the couch and watching porn In a trance state. It's such a fear inducing thing to face addiction. I can't trust myself, and that's the worst thing of all. But this is a battle, and I'm keeping on. I just got back from a trip, so it was easier as I didn't have time to myself, but now I'm back to work. Lot's of hard days in front of me. Lets do this.

 

Yes! For me, letting go of achieving a full reboot is important, because I need to focus on the battle right NOW. Reboot will come on its own. Keep kicking ass!

I read a good quote the other day. Can’t remember exactly but this guy was saying will power is good but not putting yourself in a vulnerable position is better. Avoid going online. If you do don’t do it alone. I’ve deleted all social media and blocked Instagram/Facebook etc. They are all triggers to relapse.

This is my 30th day and longest streak ever.

I want to go forever obviously but aiming for the end of the year/Christmas!!!

Completed first day. But I am was so depressed. I cried often because I was so lonely.

Day 1/30. More stress from school than anything else. Certainly seems manageable so far, but I don't want to underestimate things. I've been using the new iOS screen time settings to block websites and social media on my phone and it's been a game-changer already. I highly recommend it to anyone with an iPhone. Feeling all right about this.
