day 15 complete. My first day in uncharted territory! Wasn't so bad, but keeping how sly Porn addiction can be in mind, I won't let my guard down.

Day 9/30. Lots of stress going on and the temptation is really there today. I suspect tonight/tomorrow morning will be a big test, but getting through would mean being 1/3 of the way to 30. I'd like to remind myself how well I've been doing with this, and life in general, over the past 9 days. My efforts have made me feel much better about myself and throwing that away for a moment of enjoyment would be an obvious mistake. Time to stuck it up now and get some work done, with compassion of course.

9 days completed. But yesterday I had strong urge to view porn. And i almost decided to search in my phone. But some have I could resist. I am forgetting all those decisions that I took. And I am also forgetting all those bad effects that I am suffering due to this. I should constantly remind myself. I should I also engage in challenging tasks, and activities that I like.

The exact same feeling that I am having now.Only on the 7th day of my challenge, but feeling very happy about myself for the efforts I am putting.
