A good thing to focus on
It has been 17 hours of no PMO after a 7 day streak for the first time in life and a relief from suicidal thoughts and depression. Boy this addiction is torture. It is true, masturbation leads to insanity

Day 4

 

7/7 After failing so many times in past 6 months and not managing more than two or max 3 days without PMO, I prayed, but everything started to change when I started to pray more honestly and asking God deep from my heart for His help. Thank God for the strength that He gave me. Without Him, I'd never manage to achieve this result. As you can see, it's actually my second week, but the first one I'm kind of not counting because I think that several times I was supposed to restart although I didn't relapse.
