Hey there sorry for the late replies, i don't visit these forums as often as i try to keep myself busy and keep my mind occupied with other things.

Not too much opportunities for myself if I'm being honest, I recently graduated from university and started working an office job. To start lucid dreaming you need to write down your dreams. Keep a notebook beside you and when you wake up write down everything you remember about your dreams. Dream recall is very important for lucid dreaming. You also need to do awareness checks as many times as you can during the day. Ask yourself "Am I dreaming?" and really ask yourself and what I do is read something, look away and then look back and read it again and if it stays the same then you're dreaming. In the dream world words tend to change or not makes sense. I've had many lucid dreams by doing that. Pretty much you want to get in the habit of checking if you're awake so when you're actually dreaming you can do an awareness check and when you realize you're dreaming then you can wake up in your dream and try to control things.

It takes a lot of practice though, but it's not hard. It mostly takes practice to control your dreams.
