    Hey everyone, thought i’d introduce myself:

    F15, been in the PMO cycle for about 4-5 years

    Thought i’d join NoFap because my close friend recommended it: he did it a few years ago and now has no problems with PMO so i’m hoping it’ll work for me too :)

    If you’re around my age feel free to dm :)

    I just found out about this myself. I have been on this for 10 days, and I feel amazingly good. I feel happier, healthier and more comfortable in my own skin. You are in the right place!

    You came to the right place. Happy to see you are determined to change your life you will need lots of patience but it is doable and soooo worth it :)
