plenty of drug addicts go to rehab or prison for long periods of time, and then return to their addictions as soon as they get out because they never got over the mental dependancey of their drug. This naïveté is what lead me to fail at this thing for years. The brief moments of glory I had were when I admitted to myself that I had no power over this habit, installed web blockers and locked my screens outside of bedroom. Paradoxically I felt that my willpower was stronger during those times, not weaker. Use any means necessary to win. You're weak. Embrace it.
