Movies to watch if you're an addict

He was a complete idiot thanks for banning him. It would be better if people could be more conscientious about their links and stuff though, I was moments away from relapse yesterday because I followed a link to an article, and at the bottom of page was another link to pics. Thankfully it was a bad link and gave me enough time to realise what I was doing.

 

Watched Don Jon yesterday. There are some "dangerous" scenes in it, but overall its a really good film, definitely something some of us will be able to relate to haha

 

Blue, thank you. AC clearly has a problem with us trying to better ourselves. If he got that mad bc someone didn't agree with him, that raises an eyebrow

I agree, Don Jon is very provocative and not for the feint of heart. Do not watch it if you aren't in complete control of yourself at the time. If you think you can handle it I suggest it too. Definitely related to the part about sex being one sided. There is a good part too when he is clean and starts jamming out in the car to some tunes, man that is spot on I started laughing so hard.

 

I just read those comments from AC81, just wow haha. I don't like to presume things about people ever but he was definitely your stereotypical French guy.

Just saw 'Her,' and while it wasnt as in your face purely porn/sexual addiction, it was a very good film. I would recommend it to anyone here with tech/P addiction issues as well as anyone else!

 

I watched Don Jon last night and it was an great movie, had good messages in it and lots of us would relate to it. However there are definitely triggering scenes, and I relapsed later on in the night (reset my counter today).. not sure if it was from the movie or not lol. At least I still reached my 7 day goal. :/
