Relapsed for the first time.

    After a 6-day nofap journey, and 4 days clean, I just relapsed. I then got pretty high on weed. I feel ok but I guess I'll just have to start again tomorrow. The weed definitely helps with any potential depression that follows.

    And then you have a comedown not only from the high from porn, but also from the Sweet Mary Jane.

    Be careful man, you will replace an addiction by another... There is no way to escape the difficulty of quitting an addiction. I think you should admit the fact that it will be hard and prepare yourself. Don't get addicted to weed after being a porn addict !

    But don't worry for relapsing. It's not a good thing of course but everyone relapse ! Try to make your streak longer each time and one day it will be behind you ;)
