Day 0 -- I would be on day 7 today, but I had a sort of accident last night during a state of exhausted, half-awake delirium. No porn, but I did masturbate. I didn't want to count it because it was almost like a wet dream, but I need to recognize that I was awake and needed to be in control since that impulse to masturbate needs to be rooted out to the unconscious level. At any rate, the important thing is to not let this rattle my resolve moving forward but strengthen it.
