I think that you are just imagining. From what i know sperm is recycled if you do not have sex or masturbate. Also from what i know when spermatozoa is produced in testicle it leaves instantly to "tank" upstairs to be ready to go out.
When you ejaculate, you do not release sperm from testicles.
Imagine not releasing them ever, your balls would be like basketball since you produce sperm all the time.

 

I find that if I don't 'relieve' for a while, I get a big of build up. I'm putting it down to the fact that I might be in a constant state of readiness (used to M'ing regularly) and so they're basically sat there ready to go. I think overtime it'll get better.
